Yesterday's training session was actually amazing! I'm soooo sore today and I love it! ☝️Ladies, while I'm here, I just want to you to make sure you know the difference between being "sore after a workout".. and actually being injured! ☝️No matter what you are doing in life, if it feels like your bones are aching or throbbing – or if you have shooting/stabbing pains, you could potentially be injured ….. and you DO NOT want to be training over an injury because you may make it MUCH worse. If you are unsure, a personal trainer can usually tell you if you are injured – OR you can go to your local physiotherapist and get them to have a look! This doesn't only apply to exercise, even at work, if you are getting these pains, CHECK with someone – because it's not normal to constantly be in pain? ??
